In their Science Week Leadership Day Y1 sorted animals according to what they ate. They made a Venn diagram with herbivores, omnivores and carnivores. Which animals would you add where? They made British birds out of paper plates. They made swans, peacocks, owls, robins and golden orioles. They went to the Conservation Area and did some pond dipping. On the way we saw daffodils, primroses, hyacinths and anemones. What plants can you spot in the Mayfield school grounds?
