Reception, Y1 and Y2 pupils will have a free Christmas lunch – there is no need to pre-book this. We will assume your child is having a Christmas lunch – please let Shapla in the office know if this is not the case: skhan@mayfield.cambs.sch.uk
Y3, Y4, Y5 & Y6 – booking must be made before Monday 4th December. Please book and pay online using ParentPay. www.parentpay.com
- In ParentPay add Christmas Lunch 2023 to your basket. Please mention in the notes field if your child would like the vegetarian option.
- You will then need to checkout and pay.
- The actual money will not be taken from your lunch money balance until the day of the meal.
- Bookings will not be taken after 4th December.
- If you have already paid in advance for meals this term please book and pay for a Christmas lunch and the £2.50 you have already paid will be carried forward to next term.
- If your KS2 child is entitled to Free School Meals we will assume they are having a Christmas lunch – please let Shapla know if this is not the case.
Please note that there will be no other menu options on Tuesday 19th December.
