Year 2 enjoyed learning about The Tempest by William Shakespeare during book week. \u00a0They wrote poetry by imagining the commands Prospero would have used to create a storm. \u00a0In DT, they used different techniques of working with paper to create mysterious islands.<\/p>\n

Rain, rain, flood that boat wildly for my daughter\u2019s sake.
\nWind, howl loudly and make a fierce storm.
\nThunder, roar as loud as you possibly can.
\nWaves, splash and make that boat sink deep into the blue.<\/p>\n
