DESCRIPTION:Monday 6th July 2026 – All children should arrive at school at the normal drop off time wearing suitable clothing and footwear. Please ensure that your child comes to school \n\nwith plenty of water\nwith a sunhat\nwith suncream applied\nwearing a t-shirt in their house colour (Argo in yellow / Beagle in red / Endeavour in blue / Victory in green)\n\nFoundation Stage and Key Stage 1\nActivities run from 09:30 to 10:30. You are invited to follow your child around each event at a safe distance to cheer them on as they complete their sporting activities. Please arrive at the School Office at 09:15 to sign in. Parents will need to sign out and leave by the School Office at 10:30. \nPicnic Lunch\nThere will be a whole-school picnic on the school grounds from 12:00 to 12:50. Children who have school meals will have a school packed lunch. There will be no hot school meals on the day. To attend this\, please arrive at the School Office at 11:45 to sign in. Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1 parents will need to sign out and leave via the School Office by 12:55. Key Stage 2 parents may stay on site and are invited to attend the afternoon session. \nKey Stage 2\nThe Key Stage 2 events run from 13:00 to 15:00. You are invited to follow your child around each event at a safe distance to cheer them on as they complete their sporting activities. Please stay outside if you have attended the picnic. If you arrive for the afternoon activities only\, please enter the school via the School Office from 12:45 to sign in. \nEnd of the day\nOnce the activities have finished\, children will go back to classes. Parents will need to make their way to the KS2 playground and teachers will dismiss children in the usual way. Children must be dismissed from class. Please do not take your child directly. \nChildren are encouraged to wear a t-shirt in their house colour if they are able to:\nBeagle – red\, Argo – yellow\, Victory – green\, Endeavour – blue
