Monday 18th October
Y6 left on their Overstrand Hall adventure today. Please check back here during the week for regular updates.
3.45pm – they have arrived safely and are currently settling into their rooms.
Tuesday 19th October
7.52am – yesterday’s activities included climbing and then, after dinner, a rather wet night walk. Waiting for the morning update …
9.00am – den building and high ropes today. A fine misty rain is falling. Everyone is rested although it was a bit of an early morning for some! The food is plentiful and very popular.
11.50am – just added some photos of the den building to the photo slider.
5.15pm – a couple of photos of the high ropes have just been added.
Wednesday 20th October
10.00am – everyone slept well although there was an early morning call via the rain on the windows! They are now on the beach (photo added) and the rain has stopped. Today’s activities include stone carving and outdoor games.
13.45pm – just added some photos of Miss Osborne’s activity group to the slide show. They’re all having a lovely time despite the weather and Mrs Ayliffe says the kids are great.
Thursday 21st October
7.55am – some more photos of yesterday’s activities have been added to the slideshow.
10.00am – the kids are having a great time despite the weather. Last night they enjoyed singing around the camp fire and then all got a good night’s sleep. Today the activities will include archery, laser tag, aeroball and low ropes.
